Sparkle Mermaid Tail DIY

I of course like so many others scour Pinterest for birthday party decorating ideas.  I saw this pin from Soiree-eventdesign.com http://soiree-eventdesign.com/2014/08/how-to-make-a-mermaid-tail-centerpiece/
and knew I just had to have it for my daughter's mermaid birthday party.  The instructions were easy to follow.

I had to find someone local to make it for me as T23 Designs was not excepting any new orders at the time.

I have to say for my first attempt - I think I did a really good job!  I will post more pictures from the party with all the decorations.
